Terms and Conditions:
All Fish must be brought to the Weigh-in via Boat. Weigh-in each day will be from I PM to 5 PM. In the event of inclement weather on both days, prize money will be raffled off a day to be determined by the tournament director. All Calcutta moneys will be refunded. Tournament officials reserve the right to cancel either day due to weather. Tournament staff will monitor Channel 78 VHF. All striped Bass must be caught by a registered angler on the entered boat MINIMUM LENGTH WILL BE 32 INCHES FOR ALL STRIPED BASS. No Fish under this Length will be accepted for weigh-in. Only One fish per angler will be accepted. All fish must be caught on Rod and Reel according to IGFA Rules and Regulations. Fishing is limited to Jones and Fire Island Inlets. Anglers can register at any time prior to event at Bergen Bay Docks or at the Captains Meeting. Each Boat Captain certifies that he/she is an experienced boatman/angler and is aware of any and all risks associated with the operation of his vessel. Each Captain is responsible for the safety of his crew. The Captain and each angler on board releases the Tournament Committee, Bergen Bay Docks Inc, its Agents, Servants and Sponsors from all liability in association with their participation in this event, to include personal injury, property damages to other boaters, piers, docks and Moorings.
